Pillow Covers

Customer wanted four pillow covers from fabric they had on hand. They had purchased the trim, yarn (for tassels) and the fabric. They wanted white pillows with the blue trim, and navy blue poka dot pillows with orange and pink yarn tassels. Pillow sizes were 24 X 24.

I was given the material and the pillows from the customer. I verified with the customer what they were looking for before I started the project. They wanted to have the white pillows with the fringe trim and the navy polka dot pillows with yarn tassels on all four sides. 

I created the white pillows first by measuring the pillow and adding inches to allow for the seam allowance and a snug fit. I then sewed the fringe trim on the pieces and then sewed the pillow together making it more durable. 

Once, I finished the white pillows, I cut the fabric for the navy pillows and started working on the yarn tassels.

All throughout the process I took pictures and sent to the customer for approval. The project turned out even better than what the customer thought it would be.
